This workshop is designed to offer you the space to reflect on this past year and honor its departure as you welcome in the new year and all it holds for you. We will introduce you to methods of healing that will take you on an inner journey that allows for the unconscious and previously repressed thoughts and emotions to rise to the surface for release and integration. Integral Breath Therapy 9 Sound Healing, and Movement are heart opening practices that help us release the stuck energy in our body that gets in the way of us being our most fearless, clearest and most emotionally available selves.
