In this gently challenging class we will focus a little on yoga for stress. Reducing tension in common places we hold our stress – neck, shoulders & hips.  

Feel free to modify as needed as you build your strength. Be very gentle when we work with the neck.

Grab 2 yoga blocks. If you don’t have yoga blocks get creative and improvise!
